One of the Great Old Ones of the Yog-Sothian mythos. Disclosed in the fiction of H.P. Lovecraft, along with the para-fictional grimoire, "The Necronomicon," as an alien cosmic monster, disturbing of mind and spirit, and abjectly uncaring about the insignificant concerns of human beings.
